Each progamme contains:
One Chaptered DVD or DIGITAL FILE containing EIGHT dramatic scenes (approx 1 min each) that illustrate skills in theory. Each of these vignettes has a negative or sub-optimal scene and then a positive or more optimal scene. This format allows trainers or facilitators to stop the DVD periodically and invite participants to discuss what might be done differently.

The Rapid Skill Builder series is built around an extremely practical video-programme with an expert leadership training facilitator, the modules describe best practice in the topic area, and then model the skills through video vignettes, showcased in real workplace situations.
